1. How is IB different from the ISC / AISSCE?
International Baccalaureate Programme is now considered as the best secondary school curriculum in the world. The Indian universities recognize IB as equivalent to ISC/AISSCE. ‘The IB programme has earned a reputation for rigorous assessment, giving IB diploma holders access to the world’s leading universities. The Diploma Programme incorporates the best elements of national systems, without being based on any one. Internationally mobile students are able to transfer from one IB school to another. 2. How can the student opt for IB?
The choice for the IB Diploma programme has to be made at the time of transition to class 11. The choice will be based on inputs from the student, parents, the teachers and the counselors. The school’s discretion in this matter is final.
3. Will an overdose of technology dehumanize our child?
Yes, it is a real danger, if not handled properly. While the school learning processes are technology enabled, a good part of the classroom transaction is still based on personal interaction between the teacher and student.
4. Will the school offer us an opportunity to interact with our child?
Yes, indeed. The students shall have access to computers with in the confines of their daily routines, to send and receive emails to people so authorized by the parents/school. The school rules will continue to define the details from time to time. Depending on the local circumstance, the school could provide videoconferencing opportunity to parents who wish to do so, but only on holidays as may be decided by the school.
5. Will my child find it easy to obtain admissions in Indian universities after obtaining the IB Diploma?
There is a growing awareness about the IB Diploma and its rich and varied curriculum amongst colleges and universities in the country. Hence, a good IB score should open the doors of good colleges and universities.

The school has in place a Careers and Placements Cell managed by some very experienced teachers. This cell provides, within the framework of the curriculum, inputs that will be required to prepare the graduating class for entry into prestigious institutions of learning such as the IIT’s, Law and Medical colleges or other institutions in India and abroad.
